Allow enough time for parking and the ride up. Arriving later isn’t possible because of the cable car’s operating hours.
Buy your ticket at the valley station ticket desk. Say you’re an igloo guest and you’ll get a discount on the ride up and down.
On the right in the conservatory of the Panorama Restaurant at Höfatsblick station. Your guide will be waiting with a hot welcome drink.
Together with your guide you walk through the snow to the Iglu Lodge. In the morning the cable car takes you back down to the valley.
You’ll get a link to your travel info with everything about parking, the ride up, the meeting point and the full packing list. The invoice follows in a separate email.
We recommend a minimum age of 10, and pets are not allowed. Drinks on site are cash only. There’s no power in the igloos, so bring a power bank.
Dress like you’re going skiing: winter boots, ski clothes, a hat, good gloves, two pairs of socks and warm thermals. Plus your own towel for the sauna. Please travel with a backpack, not a suitcase. Sleeping bags and furs are provided by the lodge.
